Try to be as descriptive as possible in the subject line. This also helps other users who are looking for the same solutions.
Include as much detail with your question as possible in the post. Its very difficult to know what people are talking about when they say something like "Our software wont install - please help?"
Be respectful of others. Do not abuse or harass other members or users in anyway. Debating is encouraged. However, rudeness, insults, personal attacks or intentionally inflammatory language will not be tolerated.
In no circumstance is posting pornographic, medication or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. acceptable. Any such content will be removed. The poster may also be removed and banned.
